Though not common, there's evidence of animals saving humans on various occasions. Animals like dolphin or dog can all come to human's rescue. But what about other animals?

I love animals! i've heard lot's of story's about them and these story's just prove that animals are = to humans and animals ar lifesavers just like humans.

When I was a SCUBA diver, and later, in the US Navy I heard a number of Dolphins saving humans stories. Late in WW II the Navy Cruiser USS Indianapolis was torpedoed by a Japanese submarine. The US ship sank so quickly that a lot of the crew was drawn down so deeply that they wouldn't be able to make it to the surface. I don't remember how many sailors were affected but it was in the hundreds. Suddenly a lot of dolphins appeared and started pushing the sailors up saving a lot of them. This was included in the official report of this event and, to this day, it is a strong tradition that forbids hurting dolphins. OBTW, no b.s......anyone can get the report from the navy. On the other hand, there are stories like the one off of the Florida coast, where some SCUBA divers found a dolphin that had been snarled in a fishing net. This is the subjective part. The dolphin seemed to be asking the divers for help. The divers carefully untangled the dolphin over a few hours freeing it. I and my diving friends choose to believe this. Mike
