what about a cheek? I bashed my face off of a wall and its been about a month and its still really tender and a bit swollen i think. i can still cup my fingers around where it happened. The visible bruise is gone, but my cheek still hurts. it happened right on the bone. it should go away right?

Recently, I fell over and hit my lower back on a counter. There isn't a bruise on the skin, but right about the spine the skin is red. I'm wondering if this is swelling from a bone bruise or just a regular skin bruise that happens to be red?

I dropped a two pound hammer on my foot from 8 feet, I'm wondering if I might have fractured something.
