The article was helpful. I have a problem with very tiny black round minute bugs on my plant, the plant is still blooming but I'm afraid the bugs might harm the plant. I have sprayed it with soap water. Any ideas?

I just planted two Hibiscus. One is happy as can be. The other is really struggling. the plants are in the same location in from of hope with sun from 8am-3pm. The unhealthy looking plant has turned a pail green rather than dark green with some yellowing. I can’t tell if it wants more or less water. It has been pretty warm (60-90 F) with bright sunlight. I would love some advice.
