    I don't need research or an MD to tell me dairy products induce mucous. Try eating dairy regularly and stop for a period of time then reintroduce it and you will see for yourself. The body doesn't lie.

    Dissolve a package of jello mix in a cup of hot hot and add 1-2 tablespoons of honey. Why it works, because the jello allows it coat the throat and digests easily so as to not cause upset stomach or vomiting due to cough.
