to quote your article : Most women feel very relieved after an abortion. Though they sometimes experience feelings like sadness, regret, guilt, relief, etc. These feelings are normal and temporary. They often go away after a short while. The last two sentences are not true. They imply that the feelings of sadness, regret and guilt are 'normal' implying a physiologically cause. Believe me, it isn't a hormonal reaction that will clear up. They are real emotions due to the act you have committed and temporary only if and when you find the grace and forgiveness of a loving and compassionate God. Listen to your heart, not just to all the ' experts' who tell it is okay. You know, as a natural woman, you know.

Your article recommends avoiding sex for two weeks or more after an abortion. Wouldn't things be simpler if people did that before?

This is stupid. How do you prevent pregnancy if you are already pregnant? Abortions do not prevent pregnancy. They clarify later that it prevents one month pregnancy but in the beginning it is very misconceiving. Also those feeling of relief are the temporary feelings(if existing at all), regret and depression are far more frequent and pressing. Its natural to bond to your child and losing them in the womb does affect mothers. Not just an emotional bond, but a physical and strong chemical bond.
