    Right behind my left shoulder near the top is not excatly an unbearable pain but it really uncomfortable and constant. It has hurt for three days now but I don't do much physical activity(lifting heavy objects) so i don't know what it could be from:/ How do i diagnose this?

    I've had a constant pain under the bottom of my left shoulder blade for the past 5 years, ranging from a dull to very painful as if someone is inserting a knife under the bottom of the shoulder blade. No one could fix it. I then came across this website that said that if you had rounded shoulders it could lift the bottom of the shoulder blade so that it doesn't move properly causing irritation/pain. Since reading that a couple of weeks ago I've consciously pulled back my shoulders to give me a better posture, not just while at the computer but also when moving around doing stuff. Finally the pain is gradually going...
