    Your picture demonstrates improper wrapping technique. Wrapping should be done from distal to proximal.

    It hurts when i do the forearm supinationand pronation; for a mild sprain, does the pain have to be completely gone before returning to work as a baker?

    Some one please tell me what they think I did! Ok so two days ago I was running on concrete and fell. Putting all the weight on my elbow. Now, my elbow is bruised, slightly swollen, and hurt to straighten. Does any one have an I dead of what I did? PLEASE help!!
