HI, I'm trying to remember the name of a type of fashion, only thing is, I can only describe it through hair and make-up, as I have completely forgotten everything else. IT's the type of fashion with teased hair, in really high ponytails and the rally thick, almost over done eye-liner and lipstick. Any idea?
