Constipation is the worst I look like I'm 6 months feel body feels so heavy however I have noticed my bum hole was stinging like hell! I was in agony and literally screaming I could not even sit properly. I washed with cold water which calmed it down but when I went to the loo started again!! Horrible

So my cause is not spicy foods,actually I eat healthy,but I just finished my semester exams and was trying to compensate for all the times I didn't have sex,ending up having it 3days straight,now my ass burns,no I didn't do anal,I mean I have done it before just not this time,,the result is me been in bed on a forth day nursing my hot ass,sex does cause constipation especially when you do it for long you cause the rectal muscles to tighten and that causes pain when you defecate. Its not the first time am experiencing this,am still a student,and no I haven't done much research,but would appreciate a contribution from a fellow medical student,doctor other health practitioner or anyone that has experienced a similar situation.
